- Commissioned orders over £100 require a 20% deposit with order which is non refundable. For larger pieces that require personal delivery or collection payment is due on collection/delivery.
- Any changes made to commissions post start may be subject to additional charges. Charges to be agreed before any work can continue.
- Order Cancellation is only allowed within 72 hours of order.
- We require a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from the purchase price for all returns.
- All items remain the property of K8create until full payment is received.
